Just as KEI did with RC Universe in 2003, we are taking the radio control hobby to a new level of excellence in media. In January 2012, KEI will publish the first true digital magazine in the radio control hobby industry. RC Pilot is not a PDF flip book or an optimized website for viewing with the iPad. RC Pilot is a full-featured, interactive magazine that will set a new standard for journalistic excellence. Almost without exception, the consumer-oriented magazines in the RC hobby space are little more than pretty platforms for dull product reviews. RC Pilot will feature the characters who populate this hobby and introduce readers to elements of the industry they rarely, if ever, get to witness or read about. RC Pilot will use the interactivity of the tablet to engage readers and have them influence our editorial decisions as they read each issue.
